Licensed professionals, including nurses and therapists, assist with wound care, medication management, rehabilitation, and daily living activities—all while keeping patients safe and independent at home. Covered by Medicare and most insurances, home health ensures patients receive hospital-level care without the hospital stay, promoting faster healing in a familiar setting Home!
